Every visit is structured to identify and correct conditions before they become problems. Chemistry is adjusted to actual readings, not assumptions. Equipment is inspected on schedule, not after failure.

Every visit is logged. Chemistry readings, work performed, observations, and any flagged items are recorded and accessible. You always know what happened and when.

One point of contact

You are not passed between departments or call centers. Your service relationship has a single point of accountability - someone who knows your pool, your property, and your preferences.

We capture your property details, service history, and preferences once. We do not ask you to repeat yourself. Every interaction starts from what we already know.

Billing that starts when service does

Your payment method is secured at signup, but billing does not begin until your pool has been verified on-site and approved for onboarding. No charges before service starts.

From weekly stewardship to one-time event preparation to full aquatic revival - the service scope adjusts to what your pool actually needs, not a fixed package.

What to Expect

From first contact to ongoing service.

Every new client relationship follows the same structured path. No surprises, no ambiguity, no billing before the work is verified.

  1. Select your plan

    Choose the level of stewardship that fits your pool - Baseline, Performance, or Concierge. If you are not sure, the pool volume calculator on the plans page will point you in the right direction.

  2. Submit your request

    Provide your contact details and property address. That is all we need to get started. We do not ask for information we can gather ourselves.

  3. Secure your payment method

    Your card is collected and secured at this step. No charge is processed yet. Billing begins only after the on-site verification is complete and your property is approved for onboarding.

  4. On-site verification

    A technician visits your property to assess the pool, confirm the correct service tier, and establish the baseline chemistry and equipment state. This visit is included - it is not a separate consultation fee.

  5. Ongoing stewardship begins

    Scheduled visits start on your confirmed date. After every visit, you receive a service report with chemistry readings, work performed, and any observations. Your pool runs. You do not have to think about it.
